Liz has a clinical background in physical therapy and has worked in the U.S., England, and South Africa. Prior to joining Kassouf, Liz worked as the CEO for a rehabilitation hospital in Alabama where she led operations for this 49-bed facility. Liz has over 25 years’ experience in acute and post-acute healthcare settings and specializes in operations management, team leadership, patient experience, employee engagement including employee wellness and resiliency initiatives, DEI, safety, regulatory compliance, strategic planning, and clinical excellence
