Information Technology Manager Joshua Ray oversees the technology infrastructure that supports Kassouf and Kassouf Healthcare Solutions. His work encompasses the systems, networks, cloud platforms, and security technologies the firm relies on every day.
Drawing on more than two decades of IT experience, Joshua has a strong foundation in project management, infrastructure planning, disaster recovery planning, application integrations, and on-premises and cloud-based computing solutions. Before joining Kassouf, he provided IT support and consulting services to commercial and enterprise clients across a variety of industries, building a broad understanding of technology environments and organizational needs.
Joshua’s responsibilities at Kassouf cover the full spectrum of IT infrastructure and support. His work includes Microsoft cloud services, cybersecurity, network switches and wireless access points, desktop and server support, operating system patching, communications, voice services, peripheral support, and employee onboarding and offboarding. He also provides advanced technology support for Kassouf Healthcare Solutions and many of its healthcare clients.
Over the course of his career, Joshua has worked across healthcare, retail, food and beverage, automotive, construction, education, banking, municipal government, and legal environments. This breadth of experience gives him a practical understanding of how technology needs differ across organizations and industries.
Joshua approaches technology decisions with a focus on organization, thorough research, and dependable, industry-standard solutions. He evaluates technologies carefully to ensure they align with operational needs, long-term objectives, and proven performance.
