Accounting Today recently released their annual list of the Best Firms to Work For, naming the top 100 accounting firms nationwide. Kassouf earned the Best Firms to Work For honor, making the list four times in the last five years.
This award is based on an independent third-party review of firm policies, practices, and culture, combined with anonymous employee feedback. This year, only five Alabama-based firms made the top 100, with just three Birmingham firms receiving the award.
