Best Companies Group recently unveiled their 2025 Best Places to Work for Women list, naming Kassouf a top employer for women. Kassouf is one of 34 accounting firms to receive the honor and the only company headquartered in Alabama that was recognized in the medium category.
Best Companies Group determined honorees through anonymous employee surveys, reviewing data points to find companies that support women through an empowering culture. 138 companies were honored across four categories: small, medium, large, and enterprise.
