Women’s Initiative

The Kassouf Women’s Initiative seeks to attract, retain, and develop women leaders within the firm, thereby ensuring the firm’s future success and longevity. 

As approximately 73% of our employees are female, this initiative empowers Kassouf’s women to achieve success through leadership and personal development, awareness of critical business skills and training, and an emphasis on business development and networking.

The Kassouf Women’s Initiative will host four programs annually to help women develop crucial skills for growth. Topics will include unconscious bias, negotiating skills, communications, and business development.
