As Supervisor in Kassouf’s Healthcare Tax and Advisory Group, TracyAnn helps healthcare providers navigate one of the most critical aspects of practice management: provider enrollment and credentialing.
She works closely with physicians, healthcare organizations, and practice administrators to ensure providers are properly enrolled with payers, supporting both reimbursement and patient access to care. Her expertise includes provider enrollment, credentialing, payer relations, and healthcare practice support.
TracyAnn brings a unique perspective to her role, combining extensive healthcare enrollment expertise with more than 20 years of experience as an educator. Her background in education fuels her passion for helping clients understand credentialing and enrollment requirements, allowing them to focus on delivering quality patient care.
She is particularly passionate about educating physicians transitioning from residency into practice, helping them navigate payer enrollment requirements and prepare for a successful start to their careers. Some practical questions she helps clients answer include:
- How long does it take to enroll a provider with Medicare, Medicaid, Blue Cross Blue Shield of Alabama, or commercial insurance payers?
- What should new physicians do before completing residency to prepare for payer enrollment?
- What documentation is needed to complete the credentialing and enrollment process?
- How do we enroll providers across multiple payers?
Throughout her career, TracyAnn has worked with a diverse range of healthcare organizations and specialties, including primary care, cardiology, dermatology, OB-GYN, and rheumatology.

She recently earned her Certified Provider Enrollment Specialist (CPES) designation from the National Association of Medical Staff Services, becoming Alabama’s first CPES-certified professional. TracyAnn also holds a Provider Enrollment Specialist Certificate (PESC).
