As Supervisor in Kassouf’s Healthcare Tax and Advisory Group, TracyAnn specializes in provider enrollment and credentialing services, helping organizations enroll and credential providers with payors, such as insurance companies. She recently earned her Certified Provider Enrollment Specialist (CPES) designation from the National Association of Medical Staff Services and is Alabama’s first CPES-certified professional. She also holds a Provider Enrollment Specialist Certificate (PESC). Massey is a member of the firm’s Employee Engagement Committee and the Healthcare Leaders Association.
