Richard is a Manager for Kassouf Retirement Plan Services, LLC. He oversees the administration and compliance of employee benefit plans. He received his B.S.B.A. degree with a major in accounting from Southeastern Oklahoma State University in 2000. He worked for an Oklahoma CPA firm from 2000 to 2006 before moving back to Alabama. He joined Kassouf & Co., Inc. in 2006 and specialized in auditing, accounting, financial reporting, and tax services for not-for-profit organizations, employee benefit plans, governmental, and privately held businesses until transitioning to Kassouf Retirement Plan Services, LLC in November 2019. Richard is a member of the American Institute of Certified Public Accountants, the Alabama Society of Certified Public Accountants, and the Oklahoma Society of Certified Public Accountants. He holds CPA Certificates in the states of Alabama and Oklahoma.
